What is the price and payment?

The consultation over the phone is free and the Weight Loss program costs $ 350 per month. It includes medication, supplies and monthly check-ins online or in person. We will assist you with creating healthy diet and exercise plans, explaining how to keep track of your weight loss and guiding you through the process. The treatment usually lasts 4 - 8 months depending on how much weight you would like to lose. ​Payment can be done with any credit/debit card via payment link sent by email.  We also have other weight loss options to decrease semaglutide if needed.

How does the process work?

1. You should contact us and make an appointment.

2. If you qualify for the Weight Loss Program you come to the office and pay for the first month of treatment ($ 350).

3. You pick up the medication and start your treatment. 

4. Each month you pay for your medication; then you come to the office for a check-in and to pick up your monthly medication. 

5. We also recommend bloodwork every 3 months so we will order during your first appointment, and you can go to your laboratory of preference (price of labs not included).

Who can apply for it?

After FDA approved Semaglutide for Weight Loss procedures, everyone could use it. FDA requires a prescription for each individual and it is highly recommended to have a provider to check your medical history (as it is very careful if you buy it without asking anything about your medical history).

Semaglutide is safe and effective with many pre-existing conditions, with the exception of the following: 

• Currently pregnant

• Currently breastfeeding

• Currently being treated for cancer

• Active gallbladder disease

• Type 1 diabetes

• Bariatric surgery (within the past 18 months)

• Pancreatitis within the past 6 months, or a history of pancreatitis caused by taking a GLP-1

• History of medullary thyroid cancer/MEN syndrome or family history of either of these

Be careful where to buy it!

After the FDA approval, everyone is selling this medication for weight loss without any knowledge. Here, at Perfect Health & Wellness we are very concerned about this, so we have a nurse practitioner that authorizes the use of the medication to each person individually.

How much weight I'm going to lose?

There is no exact number of pounds you will lose because each person is different. But the average is 5 to 7 pounds per month of treatment. Semaglutide injection is a part of a comprehensive weight management plan that includes regular exercise and healthy diet. It is important to adhere to lifestyle modifications. It is also important to adhere to correct dosage prescribed and not to exceed recommended dosage without consulting your nurse practitioner. Despite all of our efforts, 10% of patients do not lose weight when taking semaglutide. We offered other weight loss options as well.
